First time cruising with Celebrity and whilst we enjoyed the cruise, it could have been so much better but was let down by important items.

We normally cruise on smaller ships, this was our second cruise on a Celebrity ship, and the first time for the friends that accompanied us. We had a smooth embarkation. However, it took a long time for our bags to reach our room – late afternoon even though we arrived at 11:00am.

Chose this cruise because of the itinerary. Some helpful and friendly staff but lack of information a problem for First Time Cruisers. Dining was not an enjoyable experience. Main dining room too manic and food very average. Buffet style food generally a better option for variety. Qsine restaurant novel but poor food. Entertainment was standard stuff, not yo out taste at all.
