Adventure of the seas.. Very nice ship 17 years old but still a great ship.. Big but not to big... The service is great. The people you deal with are always friendly and do the best to make your vacation fun. First time 2015 the main dining room service was to fast. Food was rushed out and you didn't finish your app.. This time food was spaced out not to rush you.. They also adjusted show time ...

Great First Cruise

We booked this cruise because of the Itinerary and we were not disappointed. We visited every port of call which offered shopping and a wide variety of tours and excursions. We took a guided tour of both Aruba and St. Thomas and learned a lot from the commentators about both islands. We shopped at each port, and were happy with the selection of merchandise available. The staff and crew ...

We chose this cruise because of the ports of call and all the activities onboard. Boarding the ship went smoothly. Our staterooms were ready and luggage arrived within a couple of hours. We got a junior suite and were very pleased with the size of the room and the balcony. Although I understand the need for the muster drill, it was lengthy after such a long day of travel. The dining room ...

First and most likely Last RC cruise

This was my 7th cruise overall, but first with Royal Caribbean (RC, for the sake of brevity). We chose RC because of their good reputation. We were extremely disappointed. Initial Embarkation: Although there are assigned boarding times, RC does not enforce them. This resulted in very long lines to drop off luggage and check in. Also, the luggage handler requested a tip from each person in ...

Chose this cruise for the 5 island itinerary. 2 girlfriends both celebrating birthdays. Have cruised 10+ times, including several other Royal ships previously. Prepurchased every upgraded dining experience and was disappointed with "specialty" food on this ship, don't spend the money, stick to the buffet instead. This is not the ship to pay for upgraded dining.Experienced specialty dining on ...

1st time cruiser Caribbean cruise

Nice ship. very professional team. Ship public rooms have been renovated and you can see it. Very clean and concern for cleaness is obvious ( purell everywhere - reminders to wash hands everywhere as well) this is very important. Entertainment onboard was good (musicians are perfect). I would have expected more family friendly parties around the pool but not a deal breaker. Food is ...

We wanted to return to the Southern Caribbean and this ship had the itinerary we were looking for. We have cruised at least a dozen times on various cruise lines and I'm sad to report that this was the worst experience we've had in over 8 years of cruises. We spent a day in San Juan prior to the cruise which was a lovely experience. Embarkation was smooth and quick. The ship is in good ...

We chose this cruise because we have already experienced the western and eastern Caribbean. This one was available at the time that we could go. We have cruised on the Liberty, the Allure and this one, the Adventure. All are different and each has it's own advantages. This is the smaller one. It still was the largest at each port! The layout of the ship was easy for our pre-teen and teen ...

Small cabin, bad food

We chose this ship and cruise for our Granddaughter's first cruise with us. The Adventure Of The Seas was newer and larger than the Carnival ship with a similar itinerary. We knew the room, a Balcony cabin, would be small, but we could work with that. The cabin layout was far better than the design on the Allure of the Seas, which we were on last June. The bathroom was still tiny, and the ...

We chose this cruise for the crazy amount of stops it had. There was only one day at sea. We were able to see so many different places and do different things, it was a blast! The ship had so many fun amenities that there was no time for boardom. My son who is a senior was a little frustrated in that he was too old for the kids clubs and not old enough for the adult clubs that he had a hard ...
