• Overall we would give this ship a 4 out of 5 rating.

This was our 14th cruise with Royal Caribbean.
First the good. The food was excellent. The staff delightful and helpful except for guest services. Adventure Ocean and their staff was delightful and our grandkids loved it. The public areas of the ship were clean and appealing.

It was the Snowbird 13 day cruise and we wanted to visit Quebec City while seeing all fall colors. Where do I begin?
Cabin had stains on carpet, dust under TV and, after one week, had to request a sheet change.

This was a dreadful ship.
Money money - wanted all the way. Popcorn for the show was $2
Mattress was terrible not one good night's sleep - told the mattress would be replaced at the end of October.
Nothing to do for 65+ on the ship but play trivia.

It was going where I wanted to go. My stateroom was right above the Dog pub so it kept me awake till midnight, however, did enjoy looking out over the promenade. Room wasn’t as clean as I hoped. Just went on Adventure of the Seas to Maine and Canada. Just loved this cruise! Aside from the excellent ports-of-call, the ship was also great.
Though not a new ship, it was very well maintained. Our accessible room was very spacious, and our stateroom attendant kept it very clean and accommodated all of our requests.
