Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Adventure of the Seas

My wife and I went on The Adventure of the Seas to get some warm weather and relaxation during my wife's spring break. We accomplished the relaxation and the Caribbean provide the warmth for a successful trip. It had been several years since our last RCCL cruise. We were disappointed as the amenities and feel the services have deteriorated since our last RCCL cruise. We were on the 6th deck ...

Satisfying... But nothing special

We wanted to do the southern Caribbean especially the island of Bonaire. Boarding was fast however the photos uploaded did not load to their system. Also we were unable to sign the waivers online like previously. Very annoying. The room was normal and nothing special. The dining room menu had many items repeating night to night. Shrimp cocktail and no sugar added apple pie and several other ...

Great time but felt the entertainment was lacking on board the ship

We looked at various cruises but liked this one because of the itinerary. We had a great cruise and perfect weather. We enjoyed the food in the dining room, our waiter, Luis took care of us and was very attentive. We felt the nightly entertainment was lacking. We went to the shows but more times then not, they did not hold our interest. We were looking for more music options in the evenings ...

My 3 sisters and I took a “sister’s cruise” because we all work hard and deserved it! It was the first time we have all taken a trip together since family vacations as kids. What a blast! I wished we had more time on some of the islands, but that seems to be a common gripe of many cruisers who just have a hard time dragging themselves off a tropical island. We felt rushed at times. Regarding ...

From the boarding process through baggage handling and the first hours of our trip we were extremely surprised and satisfied. It only got better from the food to the family environment to safety and security. Did I mention the food quality and delight? Off the hook!! Highly recommend the Royal Caribbean lines for anyone’s cruising experience. Cleanliness is the word on the conditions ...

Noticable Decrease In Customer Service

We have several previous cruises on RCC as well as all the other competitors. Our very first cruise was with RCC and we had an amazing vacation. Regretfully, every sailing on RCC since has been a huge disappointment. The March 24, 2018 Caribbean from San Juan was no exception. First, I must credit our stateroom attendant and wait staff as they were wonderful and a pleasure to have serving us. ...

This was our first cruise. We didn't know what to expect. We are HOOKED! The ability to see six different islands and only unpack once is great. With about 3,000 people on the ship, we thought it would be crowded. It never felt that way! The efficiency of the ship design, from the staterooms to dining to events, is top shelf. Pro Tips: get a balcony. It makes all the difference! ...

Our first and only previous cruise was on the Oasis two years ago to N. Caribbean. Loved the Oasis but not the overall experience and therefore had not planned on taking another cruise, however a friend talked us into this trip based on the ports of call. What my wife really liked was a different stop each day and only one day at sea, thus she was sold on the Adventure of the Seas cruise to the S. ...

Modify the foods menu

In overall opinion the cruise is good but the food menu is poor. The meats selection is not good for my opinion. I was confuse because I did not known if the salads and pasta were the principal plate and the meats the complements. Too much foods with differents ingredients and strong tastes. I think that the foots must be provide by contries and choosing the must allusive of every region or ...

Overall Fun Ship! Just a few flaws

The activities on the ship were well run, and a lot of fun. They did have a great balance of events in types in both English and Spanish. The ports we went to were great in the south-east Caribbean, and we were docked at each of them. The excursions we did through the ship were great values and a ton of fun. We did two of them and both were well run as well. The dinner service was excellent, and ...
