"Swan Hellenic did offer me a "voucher" for a future cruise, but so far nothing that they offered me is to any area that I haven't already visited, so for me it is probably going to be useless.The reason that I gave the Swan Hellenic Company a poor service rating was because of the incident which occurred during my effort (and those of many others) to reach the port of Tromso the night before the cruise (lodging was included in the price of the trip for that night)...."Read More

This was a cruise of a lifetime on the west coast of Africa. The Vega is a brand new ship that is as top notch as they come. The crew and staff were excellent throughout the voyage. We sailed with the SH Vega to the Antarctic Peninsula. Room was excellent, always clean. The Restaurant was impecable. The staff super accommodating and helpful, all of them. The onboard facilitie are awesome, Sauna, Pool, Jacuzzi etc.

I ended up on the SH Vega entirely by chance- I had come to Ushuaia to look for a boat to Antarctica, and kind of didn't even care which vessel I ended up on, as long as the date and the price were right.
