The physical condition of the ship is excellent; certainly does not look like a 19 year old vessel. Maintenance and cleaning staff are working constantly to keep her in superb condition. The one place that does need a lot of attention is the family pool/hot tub areas on 12 forward. There was a lot of mold and the area was dirty.

Ship is terribly dated and worn out, power outlets couldn't even hold the plugs in place. I chose the Sky based on the itinerary. I've been dying to go to Cuba and that didn't disappoint. Their private island is very nice also. We enjoyed our cruise to Cuba; however Norwegian shortened our time in Cuba by a half day without communication or the option to re-book. Since spending time in Cuba was our sole purpose for this cruise, I deducted 2 stars.

I was warned it was a booze-cruise, but chose to book it since I'm a Lattitudes member and wanted to see Cuba, A Bucket List. The ship got us to Cuba (AMAZING!) and back to Miami. I wouldn't book the Sky for any other reason unless the cruise was free.
