First time with Marella
"Main dining room was ok, service was really good, food was similar quality to most of the other lines we’ve been on (Cunard, Princess, Celebrity, HAL, RCI & P&O) There were some free alternative dining options, we tried Nonna’s for lunch good pasta and pizzas, would have been better if you could build your own pizza at lunch but this is only possible in the evening.Upgrade to Premium All Inclusive worth the money at £10 pppn, gave free access to all drinks in the Coffee Port coffee shop, better cocktails, spirits/mixers, beers and cans of soft drinks including some diet drinks rather than fountain drinks which weren’t the best, you could pay as you went along but we think we got good value...."Read More

wanted to see as many Caibbean Islands in one holiday,
to be docking at a different place every morning was fabulous !!
loved the Lattitude restaurant! as a vegetarian or Vegan ,the food is lovely !!

2 adults from England, aged 29 and 63, previously cruised with Marella on the Dream, with NCL 4 times, and 3 other cruises in the early 00s on now defunct lines. We don't have any disabilities and we didn't use the casino, so we can't comment on these aspects, and this was an adults only ship.

Smooth & efficient..luggage takes care of from Airport to Cabin 9/10
Cabin acceptable..rather basic, but plenty of drawer space

A third cruise with Marella, but probably our last. We enjoyed all of the ports of call, Split, Trieste, Ancona, San Marino and Zadar. We are criusers and mid sixties, and since covid we cruised twice with explorer 2 and once with discovery but this last one was quite poor. Bread was stale on the great musical afternoon tea, at breakfast and basically all round.
