Usually I go on an annual cruise with my best friend and her family. my hubby does not cruise . we stayed in M122. I knew the room would be small but sufficient for two people. all ports had beautiful weather. I stayed on the boat for Nassau as I am not a fan of this port and enjoyed some me time sunbathing.food and wait service were very good. the selection was great and service was ...

I took my Mom on this cruise for her 80th birthday. Carnival treated her like a queen. Myself and other passengers wish security would have kept some of the loud, obnoxious and disruptive drunks under better control-they pay their money too and it's their cruise also, but it's MY cruise too. Food was very good, especially in the dining room and the staff was exceptional. Dining room dress code ...

We went on this cruise because friends we know who cruise often were able to bring 2 people for a reduced price. I have been on one cruise before and this one was just as exceptional as that. There were constant activities and the excursions were so much fun! Dining on the boat had its good and bad moments. If you choose to go to the formal dining area, prepare for some delicious food! Order ...

There was an incident at the Fort Lauradale airport on January 6th because of which our flight was cancelled and we were rebooked by Delta via Atlanta to West Palm Beach. In Atlanta the next morning flights were delayed due to weather conditions. I called Carnival and informed them of the possibility of us being late. Carnival representative informed me that should I miss the ship then I’ll have ...

This was my 4th Carnival cruise on my 3rd ship. I have been on Carnival Glory twice Carnival Freedom and now Carnival Sensation. Sensation was the worst cruise I have been on yet. So this was a cruise for my brothers 30th Birthday. My wife and I werent going to go in case she was pregnant but she wasn't and we decided to go last minute and surprise my brother. The idea was to show up ...

Booked cruise for Wedding and 60 guests to Jamaica. After leaving the port late we were told we were no longer going to the destination we booked instead we were going to Cozumel, Mexico. Family and friends flew from around the country for this cruise to Jamaica. ( getting 60 people together is not an easy task). After being told the destination was switched and there was nothing the cruise ship ...

Unfortunately for my husband and me travel on Carnival’s Sensation was not a positive experience. We choose to take this trip as a short get-away from New England weather and to visit Jamaica and Grand Cayman Island. We had taken one Caribbean cruise in the past, but have traveled to Alaska on Holland America and a Viking river cruise. Some of the negative experiences were beyond anyone’s ...

Fre port has a few cruise shops near the ship. Then you need to take a tour or taxi to see what is available. We chose a taxi. He was a native and very informative. BUT.... there is nothing to see. Much much poverty. Storm damage from hurricanes that were many years ago. Millionaire row that is mutely advertised is a gate community and no one drives thru there. They drive next to a ...

My family (DW, DD, father, and stepmother) booked adjoining interior cabins on the Sensation for a 5 night cruise to Half Moon Cay, Freeport, and Nassau. DD is a first-time cruiser (she's 4. We'll forgive her), while DW and I have been on several, and my father and stepmother are experienced (Platinum with RCI, have also sailed Holland America and Carnival before). We were a little leery of the ...

I have cruised before with Carnival and other cruise lines. Cons: - I feel our before cruises have been better than this because dining. They don't offer much variety of meats and salads at main dining every night. - We never had the elegant night diner with the captain and crews. We always had in the past. - Our 13 yo daughter disliked Club C activities. She felt they were very ...
