I thought this a good time as any to write this review, as I’m lying in bed listening to the clanking and pounding coming from above our cabin. Disappointment began departure day. They had the wrong boarding time listed on our e tkts and we could have checked in about 4 hrs earlier. Fortunately, we didn’t miss check in completely. This is a new Billion dollar ship. They should have spent a ...

We booked as a last-minute vacation for myself, niece and nephew, who has never cruised before. They wanted the location and itinerary. While booking, we realized we must pay for travel insurance for 3 when we wanted for 2 cruisers only. Our cabin was selected for us! Then, upon embarkation, only 2 wanted the beverage package, but we HAD to pay for 3 ( all members in the cabin), which was in ...

The Ship overall was great, nice kids activities and shops. BUT, the service was really bad all over the ship, food was average at best and constant pushing the extras, for example photo sessions was really annoying. Cabin 14075 with balcony was small but funtional with 2 children, no sun in the balcony though. Service in the cabin was poor as well, towel problems, no hair contioning or other ...

The cruise taken- Genoa to Dubai 16 nights. I was aware from the start when booking this cruise that 9 days would be at sea. Having taken over 80- cruises, that's fine by me. Unfortunately it's a shame MSC didn't provide us with much in the way of keeping us occupied! In my opinion the first of what you might call a decent show wasn't provided until the 6th night? Activities during the day ...

Itinerary was very good Barcelona to Dubai via Suez Canal. 19 days so plenty of time to check out most things. Embarkation at Barcelona was a nightmare. Three hours to board & no organisation in terminal what-so-ever. Cabin very good. Dining in restaurant & buffet very good. No complaints about the food at all. Entertainment was poor, especially for a 19 day cruise. Same trio or quartet ...

Boarding rather good and smooth. First contact with on board photographers: bit agressive and pushy. First vieuw of the ship: bling/bling, modern, cold feeling, huge.... few places to take a drink, to sit down and relax (in case of winter or bad weather). Cabin (balcony) clean. Size: a little bit small and cramped. TV very good with BVN for the dutch speaking. 'ZOE' is like 'SIRI'... only ...
