We booked the Paris to the Swiss Alps river cruise in 2019 to sail in 2020. Unfortunately due to Covid our cruise was cancelled that year. While rescheduling, the Viking representative suggested that we take a voucher that would be totally refundable with a 25% upgrade to our room.
