"I was busy with waffles with whipped cream) No decent omelette was to be had on either ship, but most food on Grand was nasty and most on Enchanted was very good. The Grand had that ‘Motel 6,’ tired look and feeling, Enchanted was one of the better looking ships I have sailed...."Read More

1-10 of 144 Princess Enchanted Princess Cruise Reviews
The islands visited included St Lucia, Antigua, and Dominica, all of which are stunning with gorgeous beaches and natural wonders like waterfalls. We did two excursions through major booking sites and one through Princess. All were well worth it, as many of the attractions had some sort of admission that was covered by the excursion price.
The ship was, overall, pristine and well-cared for. ...
Well to begin with I had the Plus package and still had to pay extra for my wine. Princess is nickel and dimming everyone, it is supposed to be about the experience and there wasn't any. The wine I had to pay more for is not a premium wine. In Canada Cloudy Bay is $21.95 a bottle on sale for $19.95. They charged me 2.75 more after buying a Plus drink package. They said I could buy a bottle for ...
It has been several years since we sailed with Princess and the changes are significant. The food quality used to be outstanding and now very average. Cold potatoes on the breakfast buffet and dried out lasagna in the dining room. Menu options just don't seem to go together -- at least for us. I will say the Alfredo was as delicious as ever. What annoyed us most is the free style dining which ...
This was my first and most likely last Princess cruise. They did not honor the items in Princess Plus package I purchased when booking the cruise through a travel agent a year ago. Guest service staff response was “that was the old package”. How was I supposed to know it changed? Guess they never heard of “grandfathering”!
The room steward was wonderful as was the Amalfi dining room staff. My ...
This is a newer beautiful ship with a great crew and well laid out entertainment areas. The food was excellent. We enjoyed the production shows. This is a cruise that appeals to mature passengers. There are no water slides…
Unfortunately, we had to skip 2 ports. That makes for more at sea days and a disappointment in terms of missing planned shore excursions. I get it - safety first. ...
Enchanted princess needs more shade options. we all know sun is the enemy, so why does princess not put up any additional umbrellas or those awnings. It’s bad.
Chair hogs…omg…reserve chairs in both shade and sun. ridiculous. No one does a thing. i saw ppl almost get into a fight.
Menu does not change enough in dining room. booked 2x10 cruise..same menu. cmon..even i could produce ...
The only "obstruction" was the normal glass wall was solid. Balcony was normal width but 3 times deeper than the normal Princess balcony room. The AC in the room was awesome! We'd leave it around 50% during the day. Leave for dinner, close the curtains, turn down the AC and by bed time, it was 68ish. Kid's club is fantastic, only 8 kids on this cruise (our kid's 7th Princess trip). ...
We have sailed Princess a lot years but in the past 6 years have chosen other cruise lines. We wanted to try Princess again and I am not sure we made the right decision. They push keeping your hands clean, but there are very few soap dispensers on board. When I asked for one going into the dining room, I was told to go to the restroom. Nothing at the entrance to the casino, so after playing ...
My high-ish rating was the experience I shared with my family (Mother-in-law, Brother & Sister-in-law another supposes). The company as a whole has some things to work on. This was probably our 15th or so cruise. But it was our first with Princess Cruise Lines. We are in our late 50s early 60s.
We started our experience with their new "Concierge, Suite Experience. This get's a 5-star rating ...
The hubbs and I enjoyed 10 days on the Enchanted Princess recently. Here’s my thoughts! For context, We’re in our early and late 50’s respectively and this was our 14th Princess cruise. We did the 10 day Mexican Riviera on Discovery these exact same dates last year and it was probably the best cruise we had ever taken and we were excited to have a similar experience being that Enchanted and ...
