We took the Danube cruise in 2022 that included the Passion Play in Oberammergau and loved the Viking experience so when the Rhine cruise came up with airfare included we had to take advantage. We did both the pre cruise two days in Lucerne, and the Amsterdam two day add-on at the end of the cruise. Lucerne was amazing; the tour in town was great, as was the full day tour which included cheese making, farm visiting and fondu eating!! The guides in Lucerne and on the full day trip, were great; lots of energy and knowledge. Nothing but an A+ for them.

Food was fair at best, Beer was served warm when I complained they brought ice. The night of the buffet was a free for all I gave up waiting after 40 minutes, went up later and it looked picked clean.
Excursions were booked full by 6:15 am the day they opened I believe they keep them for higher end customers.
