I was taking persons in wheelchairs on a vacation. The manual lifts that were provided for our two people one was broken and or didn't raise high enough to get our people over the beds. The ship was beautiful, different then the others in style but still gorgeous. Many staff cast members were great, more then a few aloof.

1. I booked two cabins at the same time. I asked for adjourning rooms or at least right near each other. They gave me cabins on the far opposite sides of the ship on different floors. When I mentioned it--they said they made a mistake, but they could not fix it.
