Great way to travel to The United Kingdom - had not been back to my hmeland for 18 years. Met some wonderful people on this ship. Loved the food and the Bacia Cafe. Moonlight Sonata dining - some of the best moments of our cruise were at dinner with Marcil (Phillipines) and Shankmar (India) - beautiful people, extremely efficient, always smiling, terrific sense of humor. loving their job - ...

We were celebrating wedding anniversary. We found the ship well appointed in the common areas and the entertainment was excellent. We had a balcony cabin which was spacious, but lacked decent drawer space with no bedside cupboards only small shelves. The ship has no guest laundry and there was nowhere in the bathroom to hang any hand washing. On other cruise lines we have been provided with a ...

Nice Cruise but Kinda Weird

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Celebrity Silhouette

Just completed a 7 day Caribbean. Third time on Celebrity, first time on the Solstice class and 15th cruise overall. Have read all the rave reviews about the Solstice versus Millennium class of ships proffered by Celebrity. Have to say that that - while the overall experience was fine - I prefer the older ships in Celebrity's fleet. Here's why: DOWN-SIDE 1. My fiancée and I both like to ...

Amazing Food, Lackluster Entertainment

We were looking for a reasonable cruise with a lot of time at see and this cruise fit the bill nicely at a very good price. The reviews of the ship were very positive, something that made us look forward to the many sea days. While we enjoyed reading, and the relaxed sea days, the entertainment was pretty lackluster. Almost every activity was either an infomercial or had a fee. The nightly ...

Relaxing cruise despite the weather

I prefer transatlantics for the sea days, too bad Celebrity can't control the weather...there were a couple of really rough days.. Crew always has lots of activities planned and there is time to just opt out and relax when I want. Would have liked to see more variety in the movies offered in Celebrity Central. Enjoyed the watercolour classes but would have liked more instruction on techniques. The ...

We chose this cruise because we got a good rate and the promotions including a drink package, gratuities, and onboard credit. We were celebrating my husband's birthday. While we are seasoned cruisers, this was our first Celebrity cruise. From the time we stepped on the ship until the time we debarked, the service and crew was simply amazing. The ship was spotless and everything was in good ...

I chose this cruise for the itinerary. Had wanted at W Caribbean cruise for a change. Ship was gorgeous as always. MDR food was Excellent. Specialty Restaurants were Excellent, Buffet area is better than most, but still a buffet, where other cruisers can be rude and sloppy. Had the perfect weather. The comedy shows were excellent. Was delighted to see IMADE on the Reflection, I ...

Just not as good as it used to be!

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Celebrity Reflection

Celebrity is my cruise line because of the perks I get from Captains Club elite level. We have been on Celebrity 14 times over the years. The food quality which used to be fantastic is just not as good. Sirloin steak on menu is poor. Drink prices have become very high. $9 for a simple vodka tonic. One really good comedian, the Broadway music was good but other shows were ho hum. Too much up ...

We picked this ship to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary on the advice of a friend who cruises on Reflection each year. Hubby and I booked a balcony in Aqua Class. We mostly took it easy and relaxed. We hit the hot tubs, the Persian Gardens (a fantastic perk with Aqua Class) and at at Blue 5 of the 7 nights. We at at Qsine one night, which was really good, but so much food! We couldn't even ...

Just got back from Reflection yesterday. Had a great time. We live in Naples so it was easy to get to the port. Just a couple hours drive. Boarding was easy and quick as usual. We typically like to cruise out of Ft Lauderdale but this itinerary had St Marten which we wanted to go to. Wife likes Rays Jewelry store there and that was a major factor. We had an aquaclass cabin on deck 11. ...
