This was my 8th cruise. I have cruised with Disney, Carnival, Royal Caribbean, and Celebrity. This ship was clean. The crew were super friendly and helpful. The food was good. We chose this cruise to get out of the cold winter weather for 2 weeks.
The crew was very friendly. We liked the Qusine specialty restaurant.

Celebrity is our favorite cruise line. We had sailed on Infinity before and love the size of the ship. We were in Aqua Class on Deck 11 Aft. Boarding was a breeze, there was a glitch coming from Santiago to San Antonio. We lost about 2 hours due to transportation issues with Celebrity.

This was our second cruise, Hong-Kong Vietnam Thailand Singapore. This was also a good cruise. The nightly entertainment was first class. This ship is feeling 'tired'. The furnishings, finishes, flooring, furniture and generally the over ship needs a physical makeover.
The chair in our stateroom was stained and dirty looking.. The floor on our balcony needed cleaning and painting.

Spent a week on the Celebrity Silhouette January 2018 and found the ship to be immaculate and the staff to be wonderful.
