We choose this cruise based on the itinerary, so we could stay onboard for the following cruise. We expected it to be good, based on past Azamara experiences, but it was unexpectedly better. Great weather, and the lengths of stay in the various ports was "just right".

We boarded our BA flight at 9.30 and took off just after 10.00 am. We arrived in Nice at 2.30-ish and boarded the coach for the transfer to the ship. Never made Barcelona or our hotel due to BA cancelling our flight ,flight was re-booked for the following morning (BA putting us up in a nearby hotel ) and we made the ship .
After this initial hiccup we had a great cruise with a great crew and enjoyed the company of some lovely folk.
Cabin was nice clean , small as others have stated but fine .

We just returned from an incredible 9 day cruise with Azamara from Athens to Barcelona. Everything from the stateroom, food, restaurants, bars, entertainment and most of all the staff was the highest quality. The stateroom was cleaned twice a day, the food in all restaurants first class, the entertainment amazing and the ports of call great.

Embarkation was a breeze, we took a taxi from the airport to the port in Nice, France, and about ten minutes after getting out of the taxi we were on the ship. Rip Off - Imagine this is a luxury cruise which charges $29.95/day for Internet
Additionally, they charge $30 for the Specialty Restaurant PER PERSON
We have been on several luxury and non Luxury cruises and none charged for the specialty restaurants.
We would definitely not recommend Azamara Cruise Lines to anyone.

We chose this cruise because because with live in Antibes and it departed and returned to Nice (no flights). This was our second Azamara Quest cruise so we either like being abused or it was pretty good (the latter)
All 'inclusive' which means you get standard wine and some cocktails "free" (without extra charge) No sparkling wine unless you pay extra.

The ship,is old and tired, staterooms are adequate but bathrooms tiny.
Staff are cheerful and sort of helpful. Limited responses.
This cruise served a purpose for us, I.e. Visiting Croatia ports, and we got a good deal, however we paid extra $$ on board to ensure we dined on better food, and drank better wine. Even a premium drinks package would not have secured decent wine! Be prepared to ...
