I just went on my first cruise on the Costa Toscana and I loved it! Great food, fantastic crew and a beautiful ship.
The ship is very new and feels very luxurious. It's a big ship, so I needed a few days to know my way around.

Having previously cruised on RCL, Princess, Cunard, Celebrity and Disney I realised that this would be a different experience. The low cost for a winter Med sailing made it worth a try.

Just returned from a 7-night Mediterranean cruise (started from Marseille, FRANCE) - 2 adults/2 young kids

- Ship is modern and well designed

We chose this cruise because we wanted to do a river cruise and to see France up close and personal. We went with Avalon because they are very highly rated and had the perfect itinerary at very attractive fares.

We obviously enjoy cruising and expect high standards, this was the worst we've encountered.

The staff are forced to hustle and relentlessly pitch the passengers, to benefit the ships profit, it's sad to see the pain in the worker's eyes.
There are mostly bad's and just a few goods about my experience on MSC.
