Concierge Level Cabin Reviews
Cabin 9091
Jul 2017
We upgraded to concierge level balcony two week before cruise. Best benefit was early boarding, which went very well. The cabin was spacious enough, but not any better than our less expensive cabins on other cruise llines. The bathroom was roomy and included a tub and a separate (although small) shower. It was too cold most days to use the balcony. A metal frame around a mirrorred bathroom door kept pulling away. The water in the shower drained extremely slow. Both problems reported, but didn't appear to be fixed.

Outstanding Experience By: BrownEyedViking
We enjoyed our stay in this cabin. It is nearly at the end of the hall, so little traffic passes by and you don't have a lot of hallway noise. It is at the near opposite end of the hall from the laundry and Concierge Lounge, so this was fairly inconvenient. We're not sure if the walls are thin or if our neighbor had the television on loudly most evenings. It wasn't enough of an issue to call the Concierge, but annoying at times. Our travel companions had a Suite which was very nice; I believe I'd choose this type of accommodation if the cruise were much longer than the 10 days we did.

Wonderful Cruise By: jr8934
This cabin had more storage than we had clothes. There is an umbrella in the closet and a shoehorn in a drawer, along with a hair dryer. The Bulgari bathroom amenities are very nice. There is a deep bathtub and a separate shower. And the thick towels were plentiful. This cruise line offers unlimited soft drinks and bottled water in the fridge in the room. Wonderful!

Cabin 9054

We upgraded a few weeks before to Concierge level and loved our spacious veranda cabin 9054 mid ship near the Concierge and elevator/stairs. The ship is absolutely gorgeous with marble, granite, artwork, sculpture, and was crowded at all. There were no waits, no crowds, no lines, and we enjoyed the Canyon Ranch private spa area with hot tub and zen music - it was so relaxing and only a few people were up there. This is the best perk of having Concierge along with use of the internet, snacks, a large TV, and Concierge services right down the hall. My husband even got his shoes shined twice and our room attendant was always available and friendly.

Chose this cabin for its location, close to the elevator/stairs and on the same level as the Concierge Lounge. Nice size, everything in good shape.

spacious enough for a ships cabin, we fit all of our clothes etc into it with ease, nice bathroom with a tub and separate shower!. We so enjoyed the private deck for our early morning coffee and views of the passing countryside, and arriving and departure at ports We had concierge lounge and laundry close by, very convenient, extremely comfortable bed

The cabin had a queen composed of two twins pushed together, a small sofa and a desk with a chair. This was large enough for us and there was sufficient storage space for the 22 day tour.

Cabin was average, about the same as competitive ships. Decorations were a bit better.

We found little use for concierge levels. The concierge was only good for coffee and small pastries and internet (of which there are only two so you have to wait). The concierge attendant was not knowledgable about the ports of call.

Stateroom 9065 was well-positioned on the starboard side, amidships, near the elevators, self-serve laundry, and concierge lounge.
