Review for Azura to Europe - Eastern Mediterranean

Spent several weeks retrying to cancel as entitled when 49% itinerary changed. No response from PO. Dreadful service not shown to cabin, lunch in canteen wine served in plastic. No turn down service stewards working in restaurant in evenings, Repetitive menu. Apps for booking shows and dining, resulting in 21/2 hours in dining room and missing shows. Should look at their ...

Members of my family offered me the chance to cruise with them on Azura. I was very pleased to take up the offer. We only had one week, but it was a chance to visit Croatia and to see Malta again. Azura was just as I remembered her. (Last visit was in 2014} My daughter and I had a twin cabin with balcony on Lido deck. Apart from the tiny shower .It was great. Dining arrangements and visiting ...

We did a fly cruise to join Azura in Malta flew from Gatwick boarding the flight and flight itself was seamless going out no delays. re was a 2 hour delay on the return due to pilots being late as they had to have a statutory rest period . We chose Cophall parking to park the car at the airport and collection from Gatwick north was shambolic totally disorganised , drivers did not know who they ...

Review for Seabourn Ovation to Europe - Eastern Mediterranean

Just got off the Seabourn Ovation, it is a beautifully designed ship which was the perfect base for discovering Malta and the Greek Islands. Our first cruise on Seabourn, although we’ve traveled on Silversea, in Queens Grill on Cunard and various suites on other premium and luxury cruise lines (over 20 cruises to date). I was slightly concerned that we might be a little “young” for Seabourn as ...

Review for Mein Schiff to Europe - Eastern Mediterranean

Before the cruise on Mein Schiff 6 we sailed Celebrity (2x), NCL and Royal Caribbean. As we are German, we decided that it's time to try a German cruise line. The Mein Schiff 6 is one of the newest ships in the fleet and was in a great shape. The public spaces were designed well and very spacious, it was never a problem to find a spot in the bars and restaurants. The food was average at best ...

We are a family of 4, been cruising for several years now. Was our first time on mein schiff 6 and definetely the last. The advertisments for this cruise show smiling people having a good time but none such person was in sight on this cruise. In all our travel we have never experienced anything like that. During the whole week we were treated like rubbish by other passengers. Our son was even ...

Review for Arethusa to Europe - Eastern Mediterranean

We chose this cruise because it went up the Eastern Coast of Italy from Malta to Venice in 17 days. (or vice-versa) It was called the Undiscovered Adriatic and it was! Malta is a jewel and a good starting point for us. Then up the coast to local towns with many UNESCO stops along the way. Too many highlights to mention here. The ship is small only 50 passengers. There are 2 trip ...

Perfect choice for family vacation

Review for Mein Schiff to Europe - Eastern Mediterranean

My wife and I chose this cruise based on Main Schiff reputation for excellence and because of the ports we would be visiting and the excursions available. I think the ports of call are great, and Main Schiff has a strength in being port heavy for travelers who like to maximize time exploring countries like me. There was good onboarding and offboarding during ports of call, organized and efficient. ...

Unexpected negative experience

Review for Mein Schiff to Europe - Eastern Mediterranean

Status of cabins was comparatively excellent, as well as their cleanliness. In larger diners, presentation of food was repetitive and one of the family caught a stomach bug. In other restaurants the fare was much better and recommendable. There was only a duo and a group presenting the same music on different ship levels and this was somewhat mediocre. All inclusive aspect was very positive. Bus ...

Review for Seven Seas Mariner to Europe - Eastern Mediterranean

We enjoyed pretty much everything about this cruise. The itinerary, the service, the food, the land arrangements, our cabin, our friends we went with and the people we met. That said, I'll mention a few places RSSC can improve. There was a major SNAFU in Ravenna, Italy. The actual arrangements (shuttle to town) weren't bad, weren't great, but the INFO given to passengers on the dock was ...
