Facilities were poor. Smoking areas were a joke and people were treated like "the great unwashed". Eventually after a Petition was set up the Captain provided a covered smoking area (weather was not very good). I choose this cruise because I had been on two Thomson ships before it became Tui. The expieriance before was amazing. This time it was awful!!! Sorry Tui you got it wrong. Lack of supervision and management from the embarkation you seemed to be more interested in the Gala bingo winners than premier paying customers.
