Review for Zenith to Caribbean - Eastern

18 days all inclusive from Malaga to the Caribbean sounded like a good idea at the time. When we arrived on the ship we had to go along a soaked carpet leading to our cabin, the cabin itself was not to bad until one of us decided we needed to use the toilet, not working, it was on and off like this for the whole cruise. The public toilets was also in the same situation it became a game of ...

We saw this cruise advertised in the local press and the price was very good. It was a transatlantic cruise from Malaga to the Caribbean. We thought that it was reasonably priced because it was a transatlantic and we weren't due back until late on Christmas eve. We asked if it was predominantly Spanish and were told, no, the crew all speak English, literature is in English and the whole cruise ...

Enjoyed the cruise very much can't say the same for my fellow British passengers! We avoided them as much as possible. If moaning was in the Olympics we were cruising with a lot of gold medalists!OK the ship was tired looking and had a few problems with the public toilets but just get on and make the best of your holiday. After all they were only making themselves miserable by moaning.Thank god for ...

There were 8 of us on this cruise, most of us being first time cruisers and I can tell you, it wasn't a great experience. As I had never been on a cruise before I had nothing to compare against but I do know that this ship was in no fit state to leave port. My first impressions on arriving on the ship was not great. We were given our cabin numbers to our rooms which seemed a good size and ...

So looks like my first ever cruise was to be the last for this ship in its present form.....it's now on its way to a refit before moving to the Caribbean. Desperately needs a refit cos its tired beyond redemption.......supposedly had a Deluxe Cabin with Balcony but Deluxe is described as "Particularly elegant, luxurious, or elaborate for its kind; of superior quality or refinement:". .....not ...

We were a party of 6 in three cabins with balcony, the cabins were good, the food was excellent and the entertainment was first class, although Mr Bubbles was probably more for the kids. Great crew all friendly. We read some bad reviews before we boarded, but hey there are always wingers so all was a pleasant surprise.. Full marks to the Zenith crew. The ship is a old but was in good condition, ...

We chose this cruise as it had tribute acts we had seen in our local club in Spain. We had what was advertised as a junior suite, apparently it wasn't. The bathroom stank! We were to,d to keep the plug in the bath to stop the smell. The bed was comfy, plenty of storage. Our cabin steward never cleaned it properly. All inclusive! I don't drink alcohol and due to being diabetic don't drink ...

Loud people, rude staff, we were told off in the bar by a surly waiter for lifting a hand to attract his attention. The bar was open too late as at 4.30 in the morning we were awoken by screams and shouts going past the door. The tours were apalling, no organisation on the ship at all, we were always the last off the ship. Then almost at the end of the cruise we had food poisoning, a final insult ...

Took this cruise as a long needed break and the first proper holiday in 8 years. Boarded at Alicante on day 2 of the of the cruise, which started in Malaga. Embarkation was relatively smooth and we were on our way on time and looking forward to the week Our cabin was an "Exterior Superior" on deck 6 and was reasonably spacious with a very comfortable bed and small but comfortable pillows. ...
