Cabin 491

The cabin was aft on the Promenade. We liked the vibration we felt in the aft. DW always slept great. The cabin was larger than we have had on most ships so we never felt cramped for the entire 24 days.

Cabin EE419

The four cabins that look over the stern on the lower promenade deck are slightly larger than most oceanviews. Perhaps it is only a couple of square metres, but it makes quite a difference. Adequate storage space (suitcases under the bed), bathroom counter a little on the small side, only one electrical outlet, great bed. Outstanding cabin stewards!

Cabin 391
Oct 2012
Canada/ New England By: leisurelifestyle
Our cabin # was 391 I think we were below the galley because around 11PM we could hear tables & chairs or something being pushed across the floor. This didn't bother our sleep because we were up late-reading for just coming back to our cabin. If people turn in early I can see where it would be annoying or could even wake you from you sleep.

Cabin 323

Maasdam goes to Canada By: crewsgirl
Cabin #323 on Promenade deck, oceanview on the starboard side. Great location as we were able to be outside within minutes on covered deck with walking facilities. Very convenient to the shows, dining room, and everything onboard. Great closet space, loved the bathtub. Only downside...other people went out every morning and got the deck chairs right outside our window. so if that would bother you, look elsewhere. No chairs were placed on the port side since the rail was solid and the view was more limited, but still provided more privacy if that is an issue.

Cabin C325

Adequate, but lacked mini fridge. Rented one for $2 per day. Good location, near atrium, elevators, stairs, but not noisy. Window looked out on promenade. OK during day, since we could look out but walkers could not see in. At night, with our lights on, it was possible to see in, so we had to be careful to keep curtains closed. Comfortable and adequate, but nothing special.

Excellent Crew & Great Service By: gentlemancruiser
As I noted in my review, the Maasdam cabins have a air vent which is about 8"x 11" and it allows ALOT of noise from the corridors. I didn't see them on other S Class ships. I've already told HAL that cabin 388 is far too close to the elevators to be considered at C class cabin. You could hear elevator bells each time arrived a deck 6 (lower promenade deck.
