We started with an FF room and were upgraded to DD. (In the center of the ship.) We had been offered an upgrade to a Lanai room for a reasonable charge but when we decided it was a good idea, they had all been snatched up by other guests! The cabin we were in provided an unobstructed view, and along the St. Lawrence seaway there's lots to see on the shores; so we were glad we got the room that we did. In the future, we'll consider getting the better views on upper decks. Read Less

The cabin was fine. Nice bed and enough closet space for what we brought with us. Very quiet. Occasionally heard footsteps on the Promenade Deck above, but not enough to disturb us. We never heard noise from our neighbors or the hallway.

Storage was ample for four people. We unpacked as soon as we got our luggage and were able to fit all our suitcases (4) under the bed.

Beds were comfortable and with the gentle movement of the ship, we all slept very well. One kids slept on the sofa bed (single) and the other slept on a single bed that dropped down from the roof. Room stewards were great and kept our room in good order.
