We have been with Regent over 100 nights. In general we were treated like children and pushed around for tours, dining, the Mariner is poorly run in general. The management doesn't care and is openly hostile. This is the culture on this ship now and has never been the culture in the past. I first experienced "Your World, Your Way" service on the Riviera in 2017. A 21 day Med cruise, It was fantastic! Customer service will never help you
If they do it takes a month to get back to you
Off ship tours not quality of what you pay for
Poor service on airport pick up
On board no one to help out issues
They just don’t care about there guests

The cruise itself was great. The rooms are large and well appointed, and the food is overall pretty excellent. It's amazing that we were at sea for more than a week, and yet they were still able to provide outstanding fruits and salads. The Thomas Keller restaurant is intimate and outstanding and worth doing at least once during the cruise, and there's no extra charge.

Anyone reading my other reviews will know that I am a huge fan of Regent, we have met many lovely people over the years, welcomed them to our hoes and even gone to their weddings. As Cruise Critic makes clear in its own review of the Voyager, the make up of the guests are generally well educated, well travelled people and they choose Regent because they will meet likeminded people.

Sailed on it the season it came out. It was wonderful then. Now it is old and tired.
The gdr selections were poor. Had to send back our food twice.

daily routine.. 2 hour breakfast, 3 hour lunch and 3 hour dinner. not enough lounge chairs to sit outdoor. 1/2 hour jazz music not for dancing.
Production show only has 5 to 6 persons, only singing and boring.
Quest entertainers are lower grade and repeating through out.
Not worth your money.(compared to my 50 cruises with other lines). Room is average size.
