Chose this cruise as we love all the dancing aboard Cunard lines. This was our second, the first being 17 days on Queen Elizabeth. Had not been to the Canary Islands so it was a good fit. See cabin review below. The Victoria was in very good order, and nicely decorated for Xmas and NY. No welcome drink despite slick embarkation and with bags in cabin immediately.
Entertainment in the evening was above average and during the day OK with good lecturers in the morning although the port lectures had funny timings. Plenty of quizzes and table & paddle tennis which suits us.

Embarked smoothly on previous cruise at Ocean terminal and disembarked this one at Mayflower - so anyone who had parked at the port had to have their cars transferred. We had used Airlynx who shuttled us to their car park after we disembarked.

Our original choice of holiday was cancelled due to the company going into receivership and our travel agent suggested this as a replacement. She managed to get us $400 each on board spend which, we decided, would be spent on trips out. This worked out well as we went on excursions at each port that we called at. This was our first experience, as sixty-somethings, of cruising and, overall, we were not disappointed. The Queen Elizabeth may lack the exterior grace of its earlier namesake (the 1938 version), but offers sumptuous, comfortable surroundings and plenty of options for entertainment.

This all inclusive cruise was a first for us with Cunard and entitled us to all drinks under $9.00.

We had last minute inside 8175
Space is limited but we spent such a short time in it,so what
Bathroom same as balcony cabin,it serves a purpose,so....
Its reasonable as we spent only time for sleeping/washing
Only downside is lunchtime the pool grill food smells in cabin

Although we have cruised before this was the first time with Cunard on the Queen Elizabeth.
Before we even started our holiday the customer service staff were exceptional, I would even say faultless, professional beyond expectation.
Travelling from Southampton was a joy, no queues, very helpful staff and we were on board within minutes.

First timers on Azamara, have earlier cruised with Celebrity and RCCL and this is the smallest cruise ship we have been on.
Embarkation: We arrived at 13:45 to the port. The embarkation was very smooth, no lines and it took just 10 minutes until we got on board. The state room was ready at 14:00 and the bags arrived soon after that.

My husband and I have travelled a lot. Approximately 30 cruises. 20 on Princess then decieded to give the other cruise lines a chance. This was our second Azamara cruise and we thouroughly enjoyed it. We ate at the speciality restaurants and signed up for the new Asian dinner as well as the Chef"s Table. Food was delicious. Highly recommend it.
