Third and last cruise with princess

Review for a Panama Canal & Central America Cruise on Emerald Princess

This has our 17th cruise (not all with Princess) so we are not new to cruise ships. This was the worst cruise of all and we will not be sailing with Princess again. Sorry Princess but your services on the cruise have ruined it for us. The first day, we went on the ship tour and went up to the Lotus Spa. I asked about using the sauna/steam room and was told by the female attendant the there would ...

Horrible experience

I am a doctor and don’t get away but rarely. I chose a Hawaii 15 day cruise. I chose Princess because of a good experience it has been in the past. Not this time. The ship is small and appears old compared to other princess ships. The dinner menu is horrible, and I am unimpressed with the menu selections nightly, every night I wait for better options. The choices are lousy. The food is cold. ...

We have sailed on princess before and never had a problem. This was the worst cruise ever! The food was awful and the entertainment consisted of B rated movies that came out at least 10 years ago. No live dance shows. The staff was great but everting else was awful. We went to settle our bill, we spent around $600 for their "classic drink package" which we were hassled about all the time. I had ...

We were so excited to take this cruise, I was looking forward to rest, relaxation and come back after 16 days rested. Well, that didn't happen! The beds are so uncomfortable we could only sleep a couple hours at a time, we didn't get a good nights rest the entire trip!!! After day 3 of sleep depravation, bags under my eyes, headaches and backaches that I finally asked if there was anything they ...

Absolutely ABYSMAL Cruise We Have EVER Taken!

Review for a Mexican Riviera Cruise on Emerald Princess

To begin, we spoke to numerous staff members who shared how severely understaffed they were on this ship for our trip. Room service took hours to complete and, that was IF you were lucky enough, they actually came. Guests we spoke with all joked about how useless the medallion app was when ordering anything. People were getting their food and drinks the following day or items that were not at the ...

This was the only sailing during my anniversary. All the dining rooms were booked as they were only open for 4hrs a day. We were forced to eat in the cafeteria dining where the food was most often overcooked or undercooked and rarely open during posted hours. (24hr cafe listed in daily paper) Ordering on the my way ap took 2-5 hrs to get our order. Only 1 person was attending the bars, pizza, ...

First off if you are handicapped this ship is impossible to get down the corridors with a scooter or wheelchair once the housekeeping puts their carts out in morning which lasts all day .My wife needs a scooter to get around which we had to leave by the elevators until late at night after housekeeping was done ,which meant she had to walk from elevator area to room . I have never been on a ship ...

Disappointing experience on the Emerald Princess

This cruise started out badly. We had to stand outside in the wind and heavy rain to check our bags, then were ushered into a cold tent where we had to wait 3 1/2 HOURS to board! Princess did not take any responsibility for their problems and did nothing to compensate us for the terrible experience. Don't think we will use Princess again. We chose this cruise because we wanted the sea days ...

First Time Cruiser • Age 40s

We chose this cruise because my wife is several weeks pregnant. So we wanted to go to Hawaii to avoid any places with Zika. This was our last opportunity to vacation since both of us are very busy and rarely get much time off. And with the baby coming later this year its only going to be harder. If we had known that Princess was going to be so bad we would have flown to Hawaii and stayed in a ...
