Oceania Regatta Cruise Reviews for Romantic to the Panama Canal & Central America from Los Angeles

Chose this cruise for itinerary + the Iowa State Alumni group. We arrived at the Los Angeles Port at 6:30 pm after a cross country flight and 1 hour 15 min transfer. It was rather dark, one man met the shuttle saying, "it's late and everyone has gone home, you'll have to handle all your own luggage, no carts available" and pointed to a door.
