Having been on the Bliss for the transatlantic I was looking for a chance to sail her again before getting on the next new ship when I saw that the Pacific Coastal would fit in nicely to my plans. Our first time on a very large ship, previous cruises have always been on ships with less that 2000. While there were 4000 on this ship it seemed less crowded most times than a medium size vessel.

This was our 7th cruise overall and our 3rd with Norwegian. Overall not very blissful....I would rate it was average at best. What surprised me the most is that none of the staff went out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. This was a repositioning cruise from LA to Vancouver with our 2 grandkids 3 & 7. First off, under three year olds have a room to play in with some toys but no supervision until they hit 3 years old.
