Right off the top the ship’s layout is dated and confusing. Almost every level of the ship is dark and gloomy even on the brightest of days. There are only 2 small pools in the carnival panorama and were NOT heated pools. My kids were really disappointed with the pools and none of us enjoyed the pools at all despite how small and dirty the pools were. The ship is very old and the furniture is ripped and needs cleaning. We were surprised how dirty the ship is. Carpet desperately needs cleaning. Service and all amenities are cut back.
