We purchased the Cunard transfer from LAX airport to the embarkation site. We arrived at LAX at 8:30 AM and were not met by any Cunard personal. We called the 800# and finally were met at 9:00AM, after we got our luggage and were wondering around the airport. We were told the transfer bus would arrive at 10:00 AM.
