Cruise to Hell

Review for a Hawaii Cruise on Crown Princess

Our party contracted the Nora virus and the Corona virus during the cruise, so we were only able to see one of the four ports in Hawaii. My son had to visit the medical center twice because of the outbreaks on the ship. There was a sewage line leak in our room that flooded most of the floor. There were also numerous sewage leaks in the hallway throughout the duration of the cruise. Sections of ...

We was subjected to 2 weeks of being constantly cold in all areas of this so called luxury ship The Food was a disgrace the food which was due to be hot was served just luke warm or cold as the ship was so cold the plastic plates were cold apart from the passengers wearing coats even the staff had to wear their windbreakers in the buffet after a few days all we could hear was people coughing and ...

We were excited to sail to Hawaii and back over the Christmas & New Year’s holidays. We chose Princess because the dates aligned with our schedule, and they sailed in and out of Los Angeles, so we wouldn’t have to deal with airports during the busy holiday season. We knew from previous sailing experience that Princess doesn’t have the “best” food, however, we did have an expectation that it ...

I've been on Princess before and enjoyed it and, this cruise fit the bill of covering two holidays and, as a bonus, friends were also going. To begin with, I've been on almost 40 cruises this was the first ship I've been on where there was no sofa or chair in a balcony cabin. There was only the desk chair. Here's what was wrong with my cabin: 1. No place to sit 2. The bed was extremely ...

Poor Cruise

We had not been to the west coast and thought this would be great ! The lines are long for anything on board, stateroom shower had mold and soap scum, unable to see the shows most nights as there were not enough seating and the wait service in the main dinning room were slow. The intercom did not work in our stateroom so we missed any announcements. We did not realize that the cruise was going ...

Never ever purchase pictures from your princess cruise. the pools were freezing cold, the food was below average, the service was wal-mart grade. They attracted us because of the price, however they gouge you when you are on the ship. there is no value in this cruise line. there bread and butter is the mexican riv, cabo, vallarta, and mazatlan. i have been to the same destinations on royal ...

How did the man with very hairy underarms & chest without a shirt bring his food into the Horizon Café ? How did this go un-noticed by crew members serving drinks and clearing dishes from tables? GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Concerning the sound of the Steve Wonder and Beyoncé concerts-there was none. What we received was garble and static along with the video screen going tiled. Ocean’s Five Band was a ...

My cruise experience aboard the Crown Princess was not relaxing at all and I am disappointed with Princess Cruises. I have been on many cruises and I have to say that this was the worst cruise I have ever taken. It has shaken my faith in Princess. It was not one thing thing that went wrong but many. First, our departure was delayed due to virus cleaning and we could not even board the ship until ...

Sad Day For Princess

My wife and I arrived early for departure only to find that we would not be allowed to board for 6 hours because the ship needed to be disinfected. We received a free ride to downtown Long Beach, so for 6 hours we ate and drank on our own dime. When it was time to board buses for the return to the ship we were yelled at by a Princess employee named Nick (a person who has no reason to be around ...

While researching cruises, I noticed that many reviews that are less than positive are overcome by a litany of responses attempting to defend the line and/or ship. I'm not sure what it is about cruising culture, but people don't like to hear bad things about their beloved cruise lines. After the experience that I had, I feel compelled to come here and share my experience. About two weeks before ...
