This was our dream cruise that was canceled in 2020 because of the pandemic. The food was horrible except for the frosted flakes and the ice cream. The only thing I ate that was hot was some soup. The menue is way to exotic. Guys burgers was the best there was. We didn't try any specialty dinning though. Leaving the ship for almost every port was a hot mess. No communication as to what was ...
We tried this company as second cruise to Mexico from LA! Embarkation as bed as previously from same port! Same horrible experiences all the way to our bedroom!
Room itself was adequate for our needs.
Buffet food very blunt, tasteless and noflavours.
Restaurant worst than the Miracle. Same menu and after speaking to Manager in charge, found that he as well couldn’t careless, just like ...
This was my first cruise and I'm indifferent if it will be my last one or not. The boarding process was fairly simple and we were upgraded to a balcony room, which might be because not that many people were on the cruise, but regardless that was a nice surprise since we originally booked a room with just a window.
Food:
This was probably the worst part of the whole cruise. The dining room ...
I cruised Carnival's Miracle and Sunrise essentially back to back in December 2021.I'll have more to say on Carnival overall in the Sunrise review I plan to post.
I am no fan of Applebee's. I find the food mostly gross with, at best, a few decent options. That's what I expect from non-specialty restaurants on cruise ships. Food on Miracle fell below those expectations.
Cruise ship ...
just back today from 7 day Mexico Riviera trip over Christmas.
Service= Outstanding
Room= Very Nice
Spa/Exercise Room= Outstanding
Food= Cruise avg. except for Steak House which is $70 extra and WORTH IT
The deal breaker was the 24x7 constant VIBRATION in our room like the spin cycle on a washing machine... it was everywhere from midship to aft... i heard multiple people ...
The cruise itself was decent. Lots of pros and cons, some of which are listed below. The reason for the 2-stars is the poor post-cruise experience.
I pre-purchased the "premium" 6-day internet package for $89 since it promised the fastest internet speed. When I got on the Miracle on the 1st day, the internet was pretty much unusable. I screen-shot an internet speed test as proof in anticipation ...
the port for embarkation was not organized, no one seemed to know what to do and did not get the priority people on board in a timely manner
like being herded
the disembarkation to Cabo was total chaos kept calling more people down befor even had 1st group off the ship
not enough tenders
no one seemed to know what they were doing nor did they know how to accomplish the goal of ...
Nine years ago was my very first cruise was on the Miracle when it sailed out of Ft. Lauderdale. I actually preferred the Miracle ship compared to the Dream that I was on last. However, after being on it twice and it rolling back and forth I have to say the larger Dream was much more stable in the water.
Things have changed for Carnival cruises. If you are a 20 something looking to party ...
This was our 4th cruise on Carnival. There was 4 of us in our cabin. We have always enjoyed Carnival in the past and decided to upgrade to a balcony. We were extremely disappointed in the crew and hospitality this trip. Our trip was a total of 6 days and not once did we meet our room steward. We found belongs and paper work from the previous cruisers in our cabin. The bed arrangement was wrong, ...
Apparently Carnival has a new policy that they only service the cabin once now and our Steward(ess) never even shows her face anywhere till mid afternoon. So - you barely get your cabin cleaned when it is time to go to bed.
The room is constantly cold during the day, and then, when you would like it cold, it gets hot at night. I believe the thermostat in the room is only to make you feel ...
