If you dont have a smart phone dont go. You have to prebook everything meals entertainment etc. You queue for everything especially reception I tried phoning this took over 20mins. The food is served warm never hot and is poor quality tough meat etc.. This company is about max profits for min outlay.Not enough crew you queue for everything. Its like a floating Butlins. Too many passengers for the facilities. Obviously money over quality. Food was good when you could get in a restaurant, buffet was like a kids primary school.
