The only disappointments was a cancelled tender port due to bad weather (Stornoway, Isle of Lewis), and tendering for Dublin which has a perfectly fine cruise terminal, which just added stress and shortened the time available to visit Dublin. Our fourth cruise with Celebrity and on the whole very enjoyable. The ship was kept spotlessly clean as was our or balcony cabin, deck 8 midships. We chose this cruise for the itinerary. No other reason. We were nervous to try Norwegian because we love Holland America so much. All but two or three ports require tendering. Cunard enjoys a reputation as a luxury cruise provider and the Queen Victoria (QV) is elegantly furnished throughout. I would accept that constant use is going to have an impact on the fabric of the ship but in general it is well maintained. First and foremost our room steward was exceptional. The room was always perfect. I strongly recommend him for employee of the month. Our waiter and assistant waiter, were great. In the dining room the waiters and assistants were all working extremely hard, and providing the best they could.
