Chose this cruise for the destination and believed Celebrity offered luxury cruises. We found this not to be the case. Ship was overcrowded, struggled to get a seat on several occasions and service was also slow at times. Ocean View Cafe at breakfast and lunch was so busy you could not find a seat, it felt like a factory canteen.

Norwegian has been my favorite cruise line for a number of years (Hawaii, Panama Canal, Havana to name a few) but the British Isles - England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales was terrible!

We were excited about this cruise, going round southern island. The embarkation was slow.
We had been on Sky Princess in April which was fabulous so we were comparing both ships, and no comparison. This is our 1st time using NCL and probably our last.
Queue to get on the ship and then no help or advice. All cabins not avaliable until the last one is ready, which was not until 3pm! And the luggage about 2 hours later.
