We chose this ship because of the good reputation, but it turns out that all the people who said "How wonderful" not only had not travelled on the ship, but did not know anyone who had, so the Queen Mary survives on the slipstream of reputation
Our cabin 11,113 on the 11th deck was in an area that was so noisy, that it was not possible to gain a reasonable nights sleep
