A quick review of our Southampton to New York QM2 crossing, 19-26 Nov.
I booked this trip last minute in October when I spotted a “too good to miss” deal on a sheltered verandah cabin. Only after booking did I realise that it was a literary crossing, which was a bonus!

We LOVED our trip in the Queens Grill arbors the Queen Mary 2. What a magnificent ship. Our penthouse suite was beautifully appointed with every luxury we could want, including a bathtub long enough for my 6’2” frame to stretch out in.

We had a princess grill suite.
Boarding was easy - we were able to walk past the big queue because we had a princess grill suite and pretty much get straight on the ship.
