Very tacky cruise ship. Everything from getting in-room telemarketing calls every second day selling future cruises, to the lack of on-board information about ports, transportation etc.. While they deliver a daily newsletter, very little information about each port or available local transportation or even a map schemata. Loved this cruise. The staff was awesome. The ship was very clean. Shore excursions were nice and the room very clean and comfortable. Very nice vacation. When we landed at London Heathrow, we were able to find Norwegian without an issue. They had a kiosk stand in the middle of the arrivals terminal after baggage claim. We proceeded to the bus to take us to the pier, which was a new pier for the ship to leave from in Southampton.
