Embarking was really very easy - we were on the ship within 15 minutes of entering the departure building. Immediately staff were helpful and attentive.

The boarding process was ok and the first thing we did was upgrade the drinks packages from select package. We went up to Windjammer (Canteen) and was walking around a few times looking for a table we finally got a table and went up to get food and it was plastic plates no trays either, but plastic plates it was like being back at school.

We had a wonderful holiday aboard the Navigator of the Seas, although the ship was full and there were 1200 children!

Just returned from our first cruise, a14 night Mediterranean cruise on Navigator. We travelled with my son who is 13 and a full time wheelchair user and stayed in cabin 1814, accessible panoramic stateroom on deck 12. We chose this cruise as it had a mix of ports we had not been to and seemed appropriate for our 3 year old grand daughter.
We were not disappointed as we had a superb time-right from the parking next to the ship and being onboard within 25 minutes.
