Although this was a beautiful ship the level of customer care was well below any other cruise we have been on, very few of the crew spoke and barged past as if you weren't there.When we were waiting to embark we waited fot 1 1/2 hrs in the queue because there was only 1 desk open when we finally got on board we were faced with another queue to register a credit card why could it not have been done ...

This was our fourth cruise with MSC and the second on the Preziosa. This is a beautiful ship and we were happy to be back on board. We enjoy the multi-national feel of the passenger list. . . we have just been on MSC Preziosa 30th April - 15th May . . . brilliant cruise, beautiful ship, good food, friendly staff, great entertainment and theatre shows . . . and a free premium drinks package - what’s not to like ?
We have been on over 20 cruises with P&O, Princess etc, and this goes down as one of the best.

Loved the itinerary, lots of interesting cities and we were very lucky with good weather. But the disorganisation was unbelievable. The worst examples were a disembarkation from a high deck where the walkway was so steep it was very uncomfortable to negotiate.
