This was my 29th cruise (12 different cruise companies). I was really disappointed.
The officers are very arrogant and aloof and only acknowledge repeat passengers. Many people have done 10+ Azamara cruises.
The cabin staff, bar staff and waiters are all very friendly and service and food was good.

to celebrate two birthdays , booked this ship expecting to be Whowed just the opposite
First time we have ever boarded a ship,and not been greeted with "Welcome aboard" only one person in sight leaning over the rail, now completely lost,not knowing where to go.we approached him,pointed to the lifts was his only response, when asked for help

We chose this cruise for its itinerary and that it sailed from Southampton so no flying. Embarkation was seamless and our bags arrived promptly. The Cabin was fine (7090 balcony). We have sailed several times on Victoria, always in Princess Grills, and loved it. This time the room was dirty, and very noisy. The ship was under crewed and no one seemed very happy. The room was not cleaned until mid to late afternoon, which is unusual and was very inconvenient.

Embarkation and disembarkation were very well organised -
The ship never stopped rolling never been on a ship that moved so much

Cabin was dowdy, old stained curtains, shower smelt of mold! The fan didn’t work so the mirror fogged up so much you couldn’t see a thing in it! Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly! Black stain in the loo, and smelt of urine!
Stain of looked like dried on milk up the wall!
They seriously need upgrading!
The money Cunard have spent on upgrading has not gone into the balcony rooms, I guess ...
