I’m onboard now and the service has declined dramatically! Lots of new staff with attitudes and 3 star service. Rooms are outdated and in desperate need of a renovation. Stains on carpets and drapes . Bathroom still has a musty curtain and room temperature can not be fixed as they were here twice .

My friend & I joined the QM2 on November 30th for 11 nights of relaxation & pampering. After a fairly short wait at check in we stepped on board the QM2 on deck 3 opposite the Champagne Bar to be met by a very nasty smell.
