This was our fourth NCL cruise, but the first for quite a while preferring Celebrity and RCL but this itinerary included many of our “bucket list” ports, including Reykjavik and Lerwick (Shetland).

This was our second cruise. The first was also with Norwegian and went well. Ship arrived on time, docked in places suitable for an easy visit in port. We completed a northern cruise with two other couples in late September on the NCL Getaway visiting western Europe, Scotland and Iceland. This was our 5th and last NCL cruise

First the one pro is the Staff and Customer Service employees were great, alway helpful and freindly. Actually felt sorry for staff as there were so many comlaints by passengers on this cruise. We cruise 3-4 times a year with usually have wonderful things to report not this time. We chose this particular cruise and itinerary because we had points to use or lose. (Covid delayed previous plans). We used the NCL option of having them book our flights and our pre and post cruise hotel. We arrived two days prior and stayed two days post.
