The ship and her crew could not be faulted.
Having again booked Aqua Class we expected the food in the Blu restaurant to be of a similar standard to our past experiences. Unfortunately this was not the case and we found the menu to be somewhat repetitive and on a number of occasions ordered from the main dining room menu, which was in fact of a higher standard.
If we sail with Celebrity ...
This being our 3rd cruise on the Eclipse we knew what to expect, and she is still in great shape.
We generally book a balcony cabin but this being our 3rd cruise this year we thought that we try an economy inside on deck 8, cabin 8272 and I must say it was a pleasant surprise, very roomy with a large TV and plenty of channel options. we would certainly book this cabin again in a heart beat. ...
We chose this cruise because we wanted to go to Maderia. The timing was right and flying in and out of Heathrow was easy. I enjoyed it even more than I expected.
Boarding and disembarkation went quickly and easily. A huge difference from our Celebrity cruise out of Amsterdam last year.
We tried to avoid the buffet for most meals. It's just too crowded. When we did eat there the food was ...
Good reviews led us here from Cunard, food was excellent, cabin comfortable and clean, entertainment excellent.
Pity about the overselling of the spa facilities, I was offered a neck and shoulder massage for 110 dollars, no mention of tax or service charges, on getting the invoice I had been charged 152 dollars, no one on the management team would listen. Beware the rip off spa staff.

My daughter and I chose this cruise because it's duration was10 days and went to the Canary Islands and Madeira! It was wonderful - service was top class - entertainment really good - food gorgeous. The ship was spotless and all the staff were amazing.
There did seem to be a lot of older people on this cruise and we felt some of the activities catered more for 'older' people. Having said ...
Enjoyed the cruise but it was interesting that even though I was on the same ship in April 2017 with the same captain at the helm, I noticed some changes and not all of them for the better. But it was still an enjoyable cruise with interesting ports and itinerary of sufficient sea days. One main complaint is ...insufficient time at the ports, specially Lanzarote.
We went with Concierge Class ...
We chose this cruise because it was sailing from Southampton.
We usually take a flight before cruising so we were interested to see how Southampton would work.
The embankment was quick and efficient from the time we reached the cruise terminal to getting on board was only a matter of 20 minutes.
The ship was great spotless and all the crew were wonderful.
Our cabin was an ocean view ...
Our third cruise with Celebrity and the second on Eclipse, the first having been three years ago. Whilst it was lovely to be back on board in familiar surroundings over the course of our 10 day voyage to Madeira and the Canaries we were left with the impression that a few standards have slipped, although many elements remain very well done.
After a smooth vehicle drop off dockside with AB ...
We wanted to sail from Southampton and visit as many places in 10 days as was possible, dining staff were great, we managed to have table 411, for our evening meal every evening and were looked after by Markus, Harold and Alex, amazing service and lovely sense of humour. Our cabin 7228 was clean bright and we were looked after by Hector. The entertainment was mostly good, but the sound was much ...
We embarked very smoothly through the Aqua Class gate, the people at security were quite rude but I guess they were stressed. we got on ship and went to the Cafe, ive noticed each celebrity ship although the same works slightly differently, they were very clear you could not sit at a table and go to the counter and get your own drinks, the counter is only for take away, but I found them throughout ...
