The ship and her crew could not be faulted.
Having again booked Aqua Class we expected the food in the Blu restaurant to be of a similar standard to our past experiences. Unfortunately this was not the case and we found the menu to be somewhat repetitive and on a number of occasions ordered from the main dining room menu, which was in fact of a higher standard.

We chose this cruise because we wanted to go to Maderia. The timing was right and flying in and out of Heathrow was easy. I enjoyed it even more than I expected.
Boarding and disembarkation went quickly and easily. A huge difference from our Celebrity cruise out of Amsterdam last year.

Good reviews led us here from Cunard, food was excellent, cabin comfortable and clean, entertainment excellent.
Pity about the overselling of the spa facilities, I was offered a neck and shoulder massage for 110 dollars, no mention of tax or service charges, on getting the invoice I had been charged 152 dollars, no one on the management team would listen. Beware the rip off spa staff.

Enjoyed the cruise but it was interesting that even though I was on the same ship in April 2017 with the same captain at the helm, I noticed some changes and not all of them for the better. We usually take a flight before cruising so we were interested to see how Southampton would work.
The embankment was quick and efficient from the time we reached the cruise terminal to getting on board was only a matter of 20 minutes.
