Needs a complete re think on many of its services. Did a P&O 8 years ago and wasn't impressed but tried again to see how things have improved.

So to clarify this is my second cruise
to begin, the service was poor and distasteful. the staff seemed disinterested rather serving they seem only to speak to each other and hide in corners. I get that, but with MSC servers are always there. They even straight up ignore you. there were some a few like three staff who were utterly amazing and a credit to the industry.

Food was OK unless you paid extra when it was great.
entertainment was poor compared to pre pandemic times. Far to much emphasis on tech not on quality. In old day you got a new show every night. No longer it's every other night.
on line booking system is poor and older people found it difficult to use.
