First went on P&O canberra in the 80s' but this new one is not as good as the top class ones we have been on. RCI, Princess, and Holland America are the premier league ones. This new ship is very drab. The passengers who all deserve a holiday age in 80+ if you do not have a wheelchair, scooter, walking wheel frame or walking stick you are in the minority. This is meant to be a family friendly ship? No ...

Mini cruise to Zeebrugge. This cruise was a nightmare from start to finish, as we spent half the cruise queuing. Departure delayed for over 4 hours, muster delayed 45 mins, passengers left standing. We missed our Dinner Friday night as pagers did not work. Arrived 3 hours late in Zeebrugge, Missed our Segway experience. We waited over 45 minutes to get off the ship, There were 3 gangways out, ...

We booked a taster cruise as we are looking to book a family holiday next year, we haven't been put off cruising but definitely won't be booking with P&O. Due to an on going IT issue Britannia was late to leave, late to arrive in Zeebrugge and we couldn't go on our excursion. Total lack of organisation at all levels, too many people trying to get off at once leading to closure of gangways for a ...

We selected this ship thinking it would be perfect due to the age and size, and how wrong were we. Who ever designed the ship needs to have a rethink. The whole layout is wrong. I felt it is crammed with cabins. Nothing is grand and giving off a wow factor. The service on the ship is average - nothing special. Staff are not really interested or bothered. The food in Horizon is just ...

Just saying that there was little fun on this ship to be had apart from for the riotous kids who had taken over the swimming pool. A badly designed ship, with sharp elbows from fellow diners in the self service restaurant. Did they think that there would be nothing left for them? The cabin was good as was the cabin steward. The food was not so good, and the areas cordoned off and charged for ...

I have cruised 4 times with P&O and never again! My son and I don't use the restaurants we use the buffets for our meals, the choice is terrible with curry served every day the prawns were falling apart as were the mussels like they had been frozen for too long also calamari which was over cooked all of the above mentioned food was on par with what you would buy in Iceland (i kid you not) we ...

Myself and my husband ( with our two children) were sailing for 6 days cruise to Spain ,France and Guernsey. Before this cruise, we regularly go cruising, with different companies. But we never sailed with PO Cruises before. Overal I will describe a cruise to be like a boarding school experience with terrible food and really bad service. We had many issues with the service on the cruise, ...

We chose this cruise as we wanted a short break and to visit Brugge .Please do not book suite cabin G733 or the cabin next door which is G731. The vibrations that we encountered in G733 from the engines were horrendous .They are so bad that you won't be able to sleep for much of the night. You will also get loads of soot on the balcony . The problem with cabin G731 is not the same vibrations from ...

To celebrate two friend 70th birthdays we saved all year for this weekend break to Brugge arriving at Southampton excited they had in correctly produced our key cards Wrong and this is where I think all the problems stemmed from they soon made new ones and we (all four of us )boarded the ship we had two cabins both with onboard credit !!! Only every time my two friends tried using their key cards ...
