Picked this cruise because we wanted to go to Iceland.
First given a dirty room made to wait inside for 3 hours to find a replacement
Trips were expensive if the boat decided To stop somewhere
First port was tender badly organised took 5 hours to get off the boat
Then they started altering the ports ended up only half a day in Reykjavík and cancelling Guernsey.
Food wasn’t great ...
I am a frequent cruiser. Prima is not your typical cruise ship. No dinner times, no formal, Specialty restaurants expensive and hard to book. Buffet has very limited selections compared to other cruise ships and it's difficult to get a seat. - The show room is small for the amount of people on the ship, you have to reserve a seat and they fill up quick. - Basically 2 shows Danial Ka, Magician, ...
