Brilliance Of The Seas BUT not as good as Independence Of The Seas

We were a party of Seven 5 adults and two children. This was our first trip on this ship, but our 3rd with Royal Caribbean. All the RC Ships are well designed and standards of hygiene amazing. Majority of the staff bend over backwards to accommodate you, if something is not to your liking they are more than happy to bring you another or action your requirements. Our room 7504 was always kept clean ...

Having cruised for many years with other lines we decided to try Celebrity Cruises this summer. Embarkation - Smooth and quick, we boarded the ship within 30 mins of arrival at the cruise terminal. Welcome aboard drink was a nice touch. Ship - Infinity is an older style ship but we found the public areas spacious and comfortable including a large Theatre and impressive two-tier dining room. Our ...

We enjoyed our cruise on this ship. We entered quickly and got to our room easily. The wind jabber dining room had a wide selection of foods that should have fit any ones taste. What I noticed was the number of staff to help. Also I noticed higher staff checking on all food, waiters, and helping out when needed. They visited with cruisers asking what they needed and how they were enjoying the food ...

I had never sailed from Harwich before and I doubt I will do it again. The car park is a long way from the terminal so after parking the car myself my party had to get on a crowded shuttle bus. The terminal was little more than a shed. The port authorities need to realise this is the 21st century and cruise passengers need a better experience, the facilities in the terminal were non existent. On ...

Well! I am home, back on the sofa with a cuppa tea wondering if we had really just been away for 12 nights! I knew Harwich before hand and knew the ease of the train station to the port but really didn't expect to get from the train to the windjammer in 24 minutes. Porters assisted without being asked and there were no queues at all but to be fair we were one of the first on board. Staterooms ...

My wife and I sailed the British Isles and were welcomed on board the Infinity by a photographer taking our picture. That was the first of MANY scenes when there was someone present to take your photograph. You almost had to push them aside and it became annoying. Others on the cruise had the same experience. Overall, the cruise was wonderful. The food was great and well prepared. The staff was ...

Background:   This was one of our over 30 cruises we have been on. 2nd cruise with Celebrity. We have taken two previous cruises from London. The first was a British Isles and Baltic combination cruise. The second one was a Baltic/Russia cruise. Cruising is a passion of ours. We did not bring our kids on this one. There were just about 240 kids on this cruise. Pre-cruise: We left from Atlanta, ...

We travelled by car to Harwich on the morning of departure. A small delay for car parking and we were on the ship quickly in the warm sunshine. We have cruised a couple of times before, though not on Celebrity, and know from experience and reading reviews that we don't let the small problems and set backs get in the way of a good holiday. The Norwegian itinerary was fantastic. A mix of cities and ...

Cruise Brilliance of The Seas 26th July 2014. As we live in Barcelona we stayed over in London the night before the cruise, we stayed near Liverpool Street station so we could catch the train on the day of the cruise. I had pre booked the tickets for the train. We left Liverpool Street on the 10.00 o’clock train we had to change at Mannigtee and we only had to wait for about 5 minutes for the ...
