We aren't people who spend time in a hotel room, so basic rooms that are adequate are fine. Adequate being the operative word. The room consists of a large bed with two overhead beds. We arrived in London 3 days before departure . We took the train to Harwich which is an easy one hour journey. Check in was easy and took about 10 minutes
The food was hit and miss. One night I ordered a medium steak but it was so tough even to cut it. The Windjammer cafe is always busy, however service was excellent.
