I was told it was a 5 Star cruise line. This ship is past due for updating which I understand will happen this November. However, I found the cabin staff poorly trained or beginners. Once Aboard, it took an inordinate amount of time to receive our luggage (approximately 2 hours). The suite was very small and some of the plumbing did not work: could not regulate hot and cold water in the sink, drain in the tub (2x), then a loose faucet in the sink after the repair.
